Hi Tweed and ready - I think it is good to have someone else who is near to where you are in the duration - if you follow ! Yesterday I had four and then felt really ill - actually thought I was going to throw up - not sure if it was everything going on in my life right now and I had a mini meltdown or if it was the Nal - but I could NOT have had another drink. I just have to keep remembering it isn't going to happen overnight !!

hugs, Maggie x

Hi Ready: Welcome! How are you feeling in these early days? I've just begun my third week, with very few side effects, except for napping in the afternoon - which is not such a bad thing! I had a slight spike in consumption last week, which I understand is fairly common. I was a little discouraged and then I realized that it was still well below my pre-TSM consumption. I've decided to stop being so hard on myself, but not stop trying to cut down when possible. Like you,I am "ready" I will follow your progress with interest, I am cheering for you!

Hi Maggie: Yes, look how long it took us to get to this place, it isn't going to get fixed as quickly as we might like, but you can clearly see the progress. I am very grateful to have you and Ready taking this journey with me. Be kind to yourself, you might take a step backwards, but the path is clear in front of us!
Take care,
Tweed
