Hi Ben

Thanks for the vids . it's great to see that up on you tube . TSM is catching on bit by bit
and that helps alot .
I've done 14 months with the NAL and tsm and am fully delighted by the change given.
I never got to drinking industrial products but God knows it played merry hell with me,
a total curse that took me down many an ugly road , like many of us here .
So lets get our lives back and rejoice .
Of course smoking's another curse and we'd be better to chuck it . I 'm coming back for that
one ( again ! ) very soon .
Your tale there made me laugh and I've a similar trick . Put a cig in your mouth but don't light it just before leaving a train or bus and it often happens that the selfrighteous will think they've a chance ...
" You know you can't smoke here" they say with glee . Then you tell them quite firmly
" I know , that's why I'm not smoking"
All the best .

One of the things I enjoyed about this video was its great sense of humor. We have all been on a very long (toooo long) journey already, and a lot of us still have a long way to go. Might as well be chipper and keep a song in our hearts along the way, laugh at the real foibles which still taunt us, etc!

At least, that's what the grown-up part of my mind says. The other 90% is saying, "Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?"
