I love spicy food too. I put salsa or jalapenos on about everything I eat. I am only into TSM for 5 weeks and haven't seen too much of a change though. I am so jealous of those who saw it right off!

GB, it took 6 months for me to really get under control with NAL, but it gradually reduced things long before that.

BTW, I LOVE spicy things !! Like real Indian Food with curry

I love spicy food, I am an alcoholic, and NAL works for me! Remember in the book he talked about people with a sweet tooth being more receptive? Perhaps there is a connection somewhere between sweet & spicy....

Cannot abide anything spicy ...... if I do eat curry it has to be so mild that you can barely tell it is curry ..... I hope that I am not jinxing me here .....

I like spicy food since my college days. It's was not my choice to eat spicy food but peer presser make me to do this when we were on late alcoholic parties. But later i start to like this and since then my most of the meals are spicy. One more point i am occasional drinker. There is no connection between this.

This is interesting and humorous!
Personally I'm a big chile head, a (former) hardcore alcoholic, and a fast Nal responder. Go figure.
