I saw this study which is looking at a combination of naltrexone and Zofran and thought for those of you who suffer from severe nausea when taking naltrexone the addition of the Zofran might really provide some relief from the nausea and the Zofran seems to also help with the serotonin mediated effects of alcoholism.
