Very interesting interview with a research neurologist on latest addiction theory. Although he does not mention TSM or Nal, you will recognize how TSM fits a long awaited new standard of treatment.

I'm currently reading this new book, The Compass of Pleasure, by Prof. David Linden of Johns Hopkins, and I recommend it for every person interested or engaging in TSM. It's a book that explains the science of addiction and reward for intelligent lay readers. It mentions Naltrexone a few times towards the end, mostly in its old treatment paradigm (to reduce cravings for abstinent drinkers), but it's the best and easiest to understand summary of the major scientific advances made in the past decade.

Everyone here should check it out.
