Offered Naltrexone on the first visit, did not judge my intake and just told me to be mindful but to mainly relax into it and allow it to do it's job and come back in a month but to not expect an overnight cure. I visited Singapore a few years back and the impression I got was zero tolerance for addicts of drugs or alcohol.

Might be worth knowing however that Dubai, which is often an airport flown through on the way to and from Singapore, have Naltrexone on their 'controlled' drugs list which if they carry out a random search could have you end up under lock and key. I travelled with my tablets in the original labelled box, copy of prescription along a letter from my GP.

It's not the easiest place to solve a problem. Although incredibly easy to develop one! I posted because I know just how much I have tried here before this and I doubt I'm the only one.
