Are you looking for Naltrexone monthly injections? That is not TSM. If you want to follow The Sinclair Method to regain control of your drinking, you should only take one 50mg tablet one hour before your drink, every time you drink. If you are not going to drink, do not take Naltrexone. This is the golden rule.

Naltrexone can be taken daily or by monthly injection, this protocol is usually with abstinence and has been proved ineffective.

I was hoping to take the monthly injection, and that would regain me to normal drinking...when you say it haas proven ineffective, can you expand on that? Very much appreciated. Thank you
