Seeking one. Ordering now from India and it's not practical.

I started with an open minded addiction psych in San Diego (where i live) and he prescribed it for a while. i think he found it curious. He'd never heard of TSM before me but was very familiar with Nal for other reasons. He went on vacation, I missed a couple of counseling appointments, and then he stopped trying to reschedule and so did I. He was kind of old, so maybe he retired??

I know that's obviously kind of far for you to come, but if you can't find anyone up there I could see if he's still in practice....
