I wonder if there is one of us who is skilled enough to make some sort of map with the Doctors that are listed as being TSM friendly? As I posted elsewhere, Nal is not a controlled drug, so if you took it to a pharmacy in Georgia, but you lived in Alabama, they would still fill it. Also it can be given with 11 refils--so you would only have to go once/year. I think this may be the answer to our lack of access to NAL?

My doctor only gives me 30 days at a time. I suppose he wants to make sure he gets his office visit money out of me and my insurance company.

Tell him your insurance requires a 90 day supply (many do now) and contact your ins and see where you can get 90 at a time (may be mail order or they may fill at a local phamacy.
