Do you know of a Dr. in Hartford, Connecticut (or CT in general) willing to prescribe under The Sinclair Method?

I'm currently trying to help someone in the Hartford area get started on TSM, so I'm just reviving this question. Perhaps someone from CT has come on board? Thanks!
