I found this Doctor...through the University of Cincinnati.

He interviewed my husband on phone, then in person and prescribed Naltrexone!

I contacted this doctor and was disappointed. First thinghe let me know was that he does not take insurance so the first appointment will be $375 and monthly after that is $175. He does not practice the sinclair method...in fact he had never heard of it when I talked to him and is now saying he gets better results with another medicaltion (I beleive it was topramil?)

Anyway there is no one in the Cincinnati area that had evenheard of htis method. That is why we had to go to my husband's doctor and fight for it...basically lying and not mentioning TSM but simply asking for naltrexone becasue it is worth a try.

Good luck and don't give up...go into your docotor's office prepared to battle and it is easier to not mention TSM becasue it is not inthe drug literature.
