Running Low on Nal/ in a Dilemma

Hi everyone, I have kind of a dilemma, I have just five pills of Nal left, and may be able to get a refill on Monday - two days from now.

I still drink everyday, but much less. I am worried about running out, drinking and having to start TSM all over again.

So, my question is, how fast does the river pharmacy take to deliver? Money is no object - I just need to stay on course.

I am in Seattle.

It took exactly 2 weeks for my River order to arrive. You might think about cutting back and taking 25 mgs until you get your order. If you can confine your drinking to within several hours, the 25 mgs should keep you from a major backslide IMO.

River is 10-14 days. Money is no object to them either. It's 10-14 days no matter what.

Whatever you do, don't order from AllDay and expect prompt shipping.

25 mg should cover you if you drink within 6 hours after taking the pill. I'd go 25 mg immediately.

Well, I couldn't get a refill, and I ordered Nal from the river, I guess I will have to start all over again.

WaitingtoExhale - I noticed you're in San diego. I am too. I am just getting ready to start TSM and ordered Naltrexone from alldaychemist. What is River and is it a better place to order?

River is more expensive than AllDay. They both have pretty good track records for delivery, but I personally have had one horrific experience with AllDay's shipping. I live in Cali too and River delivered to me in 12 days, AllDay delivered to me in 12 days on two orders. My most recent order from AllDay I made on Oct 24th and i still have yet to receive it or even a tracking number for it.
