Location: Seattle, WA
2/2013 -- Dr. Anna Ratzliff at University of Washington Medical Center on Roosevelt Way near the University of Washington. She is familiar with naltrexone and willing to prescribe it for curbing alcohol cravings. Very easy to talk with, but pretty full schedule so book in advance.
