I was lucky enough to find Dr. Mark Shukhman, MD, PhD located in Skokie. His office is on Golf Road and his office phone is (847)563-4488

He is very familiar with TSM, has a few arguments against it, but has seen the positive impact on many of his patients. After a nice and fairly brief conversation, he provided me a prescription and is fully aware that I will continue to drink while on Nal. The Nal Rx of 30 tabs, 50mg ea. cost $72.
