If he is still practicing, Dr. John Graham in Daly City (his office is near Cost Plus/World Market) will prescribe Nal.

Thank you so much for this tip. I am now a patient of Dr. Graham, and he is prescribing Nal . . and is open to other pharmacology treatments.

Dr. Richard Cicinelli in Redwood City will prescribe Nal, but does not advocate TSM, nor may he be aware of it. He is a strong advocate of Antabuse and AA-related recovery, but he is open to other forms of treatment on a case-by-case basis.

He will freely prescribe Nal, but you will have to "fib" and say it's for cravings.
