Advertising Agreement
You agree that while advertising by registered users is allowed on this board (except for material that in the board owner's sole discretion is abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or sexually-orientated), each advertisement posted shall incur the board's standard advertising rate of $5,000 per post. In this context "post" means both the initial post starting a new thread and any subsequent posts by the same author to the same thread.
You agree that before posting your first advertisement, you will send a private message to the board user "admin" containing your company name, complete mailing address and telephone number. You agree that you will be invoiced for full amount due for advertising on net-30-day terms. Upon generating your first invoice, your account will be suspended until your invoice is paid and that you will not be permitted to post any more advertisements until your invoice is paid. You agree to temporary suspension of your account and agree that the temporary suspension of your account does not void this agreement or relieve you of your obligations under it.
Once you have paid for the advertising services billed in your first invoice, your account will be re-enabled for futher posting and you may resume posting advertisements. These advertisements also incur the standard advertising rate described above and will be invoiced monthly on net-30-day terms. Accounts more than thirty days past-due will be suspended and accounts more than ninety days past due will be cancelled. You agree that suspension or cancellation of your account does not relieve you of any obligations under this agreement.
You agree that should a dispute arise concerning any obligations under this agreement, that the board owners may undertake appropriate collection activity. You agree that if the board owners employ a third-party debt collection agency to collect an unpaid invoice, we may add an additional fifty (50) percent of the unpaid invoice amount to the amount due as liquidated damages for the cost of collections.
You agree that should legal action be necessary to enforce payment of an unpaid invoice, such legal action may be brought in any court with original jurisdiction as to the amount in dispute in Dallas County, Texas, U.S.A. You agree that you will not contest issues of jurisdiction or venue. You agree that you will be liable for all of the board owner's attorneys' fees and costs of court associated with the legal action. You agree to pay pre- and post-judgment interest at the highest rate allowed by Texas law or eighteen percent annually (whichever is lower).
Prohibited Content
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “thesinclairmethod.com” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “thesinclairmethod.com” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database.
